Description

Accel-T is a single-component additive that accelerates the curing of tin silicone. It is possible to speed up curing from a 24-hour period to a few hours.

USAGE: Accel-T should first be added to silicone component B, mixing it thoroughly. Only then mix silicone components A and B together. Adding the curing accelerator will also reduce the working time of the silicone mass. Mix, degas in a vacuum chamber, and immediately pour into the mold.

Example of tin silicone curing with the addition of Accel-T:

“Mold Max30”: adding 0.2% working time 15 min, curing 3h
adding 1% working time 7 min, curing 1h

“Mold Max60”: adding 0.2% working time 20 min, curing 3h
adding 1% working time 3 min, curing 1h
