Description
SupraleasePTR is an industrial petroleum jelly-based (silicone-free) release agent designed to easily release casting materials from mold surfaces. It is excellent for releasing liquid silicone rubber from various surfaces, including clay, plasters, plastics, metals, and wood. SupraleasePTR dries quickly, leaving a matte finish. The release agent is effective over a wide temperature range from 10 °C to 315 °C. DOES NOT CONTAIN chlorinated solvents, Class I or II ozone-depleting substances. FEATURES: Releases silicone rubber from clay, plaster, plastic, metals, etc.; Does not interfere with painting if the cast part is intended to be painted; Also releases silicone from silicone; Does not change color or leave impressions; Leaves a matte coating when dry; Safe for indirect contact with food; The product does not have a harmful impact on the environment.
USAGE:
Make sure the surface to be treated is clean and free of dust. Shake the bottle before each use.
Hold the bottle about 30 cm away from the surface to be treated. Spray the product in a thin layer. Then use a soft brush to spread the product over the entire surface of the mold. Finally, spray a light layer again. Wait 5 minutes before pouring the material into the mold.
WARNING: Extremely flammable aerosol. Pressurized container: may explode if heated. Keep away from heat and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
