Description

Paint with copper particles for creating a greenish patina effect. The treated surface gains an authentic aged greenish patina effect and unique character. The paint is available in two variants – with a lighter or darker final patina effect.

The material is suitable for use on all types of surfaces, for example, to transform old furniture, doors, and walls into a contemporary work of art.

Usage: Prime the respective surface. Paint with the copper particle-containing paint. For a stronger effect, apply 2 coats (observe a 3-hour drying time between coats). After drying, treat the surface with copper oxidant/reagent as needed, using a brush, sponge, or sprayer. The reaction is fast; oxidation will be visible after a few minutes. If the desired result is not achieved after the first application, oxidation can be repeated. Once the desired result is achieved, apply a lacquer to fix the oxidation.

Before use, stir the paint well to evenly distribute the metal particles.
